The dress tells the narrative of how Beth and her husband, Jeroen met. The two main inspirations for the dress are Beth and Jeroen's favourite places, Sri Lanka and the Isles of Scilly, and the birth of their daughter Anoushka. The dress is made of two garments, a short dress and a long cut-away bolero with a train that was designed to be ruffled up. The other main feature of the dress was an emboidered waistband that was detailed with memories of the places that are important to Beth and Jeroen. This will be framed after the wedding.
