A great day at the weekend at Shaftesbury Food Festival - Exciting sales and finding a loyal following. Win and I are thick into restocking ready for the ATM at Child Okeford on the 26th May.

What a busy month, the lovely Win Bentley is now working for me 2/3 times a week and fortunately has so far been unphased by the chaos that is our home! As she tries to work she is now use to toddlers and all their busy-ness around our feet - I might have to write a risk assessment for trip hazard toys in the work place!

Keep a look out for continuous colaborations with The lovely Faithful Elephant girls, their beautiful silk dupion flower girl dress collections have been launched with an exciting photo shoot with the award winning photographer Bella West. www.thefaithfulelephant.co.uk. New collection is on its way to completetion for Dandelion, Chudleigh, Devon inspired by the beautiful Devon countryside will be available from Friday the 23rd March 2012.

I can take orders for any children's design in adult sizes in skirts and A-line shift dresses as long as I still have the fabric!

With the first photoshoot with the new studio lights, the shop is filling with items - dresses and skirts tonight.

After an exciting evening of photographing, pattern cutting with the assistance of my ever supportive husband - lookout for new stock items being listed soon. Been applique-ing dogwood roses and grizzeled skipper butterflies on this seasons hot mellow yellow and sunny pink, ordered by Dandelion, Devon.

First out sourcing exchanged today - profit margin might drop for a little while - but expansion is upon us!

An exciting start to the New Year with two new shops now listed; The Faithful Elephant and Dandelion all awaiting SS 2012 collections. Each collection wil be unique and handmade in Dorset exclusive to each boutique.

An inspirational visit to the Bubble Children's Trade Fair with The Faithful Elephant leaving us full of ideas and ambition.

This last week I've started working with the lovely Racheal Holland teaching her to sew, the first glimpse of seeing a workshop take shape.

And of course little Gracie has requested the dress drawn on the front page image!
